About the conference
Where is the conference?
Native Advertising DAYS will be held at the Estrel Berlin, Germany. You’re going to love it. The venue is the biggest conference hotel in Europe(!) and it has all the necessities for making a valuable conference experience.
If you decide to stay at the Estrel, you will be graced with conference-friendly prices. Just make your reservation before September 19th by using the official conference booking link.
Make sure to reserve your rooms early, they may sell out quickly. Don’t miss your chance of being in the center of all the conference fun and action.
The NAI doesn't manage hotel bookings. Any questions related to accommodations should thus be directed to the hotel.
Is food included in my pass?
Morning coffee, refreshments, and lunch are included in your ticket and will be available onsite. Dinner is at your own expense. Berlin is packed with amazing restaurants and gastronomic experiences, so don't pass on this opportunity while you are there.
Where can I download the event app?

What is Native Advertising DAYS cancellation policy?
In the unlikely event of cancellation of a conference or event the liability of Native Advertising Institute is limited to the share of paid registration fees that remains after credit card and payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted.
Cancellation for a full refund, minus a credit card fees is permitted until 12 AM CEST October 1st. No refunds or rollovers given for cancellation after or for event no-shows. If you must cancel a registration, please use the cancellation option in our ticket platform before the deadline.
On the ticket platform, attendees can change or edit their name up to 60 days prior to the event. Within 60 days of the event the following handling charges will apply;

VAT on Tickets
Why do we charge VAT?
Article 53 of the EU VAT Directive (Council Directive 2006/112/EC) says that for the right of entry to cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment or similar events in exchange for a ticket or payment, the place of supply is where the event physically takes place. As the conference is held in Berlin the place of supply is Germany. Unfortunately, this means we have to add 19% VAT to all parties involved. This is regardless of where your company is based.
Can I claim it back?
Most attendees are able to claim back their VAT once it has been paid. You can also claim back VAT on your hotel, travel costs and other expenses at the same time.
This should allow you to save 19% on many of your costs related to the tickets. We do however not guarantee that your claim is upheld by the German Authorities, or that you are reimbursed for your VAT amount.
How can I claim it?
You make your claim to "das Finanzamt" (part of the German Authorities). If you are registered for VAT in the EU you need to use the form VAT 65. Companies outside the EU should use form VAT 65A.
Again, we can't guarantee that your claim is upheld by the "Finanzamt" and we can't assist you in making your claim.
